The service is confusing cause you never know how long you need to wait for someone to provide you the service.even when there is no any customer here at the moment I still need to sit down and wait for an hour with no reason.

I took 1000 into the GUILDFORD branch to cash in. The woman on the till counted it and gave me a receipt for 1000. I later looked at my online banking and noticed only 900 had been paid in. When I went into the bank I was told by the same woman she counted it again at the end of the day and it was only 900! No attempt to contact me at all. What are receipts worth if the bank can change the amount after you have left? Im waiting for a call from Rona Duckett as nobody in the GUILDFORD branch was willing to help me with this and after that Ill be calling the Police. Im furious as I have been stolen from and left feeling completely disrespected leaving the bank.
