        The Guildford branch's customer service is below standard. When I requested to exchange 40 into 1 denominations, the representative informed me that they were not available. This kind of service may be a reason why some individuals are hesitant to deposit their money in the bank. Additionally, I felt unwelcome during my visit.

        Disgusting customer service, I'm leaving Halifax ASAP after speaking to a stuck up woman at the cashier. I came here to find a solution in replacing my card, but received no help at all. Please let go of this person, worst service I've ever received
