        Wow! One of THE best customer service teams I have ever dealt with - and I'm old!! Had an issue with the electronic display on my unit and everything was sorted with no hassle to me. They organised everything with no cost to me!!! This is the second product I have bought from this company and I won't hesitate if buying products they supply in the future.

        I found these people to be amazing. I spoke on the phone to them before purchasing Arete One dehumidifiers. Their customer service were super helpful, taking the time to call me back on some quite detailed queries I'd had. The product turned out to be every bit as good as they'd claimed. I've had it running non stop for a year without any issues, and it pulls huge amounts of water from the air. Their designs are 'in house' too, not generic Chinese. My only complaint would be that they don't have the filters in stock ever. Annoying, but that's a good thing, right? Shows how popular they are. It seems that the people who gave them bad reviews are saying things like 'Im outraged my unit stopped working, after I put it through its paces for a few years' but umm... thats well outside of normal warranty, so people shouldn't be basing their reviews on an expectation that manufacturers never claimed you should have.
