What a fantastic experience! - I have just had cause to make contact with Sleep Safe Heating and Boiler Services. I work as an auditor of companies and have never come across a person who was willing to help someone with a problem as much as they did today. My problem is sorted, I have their number in my phone for the future, and I will be recommending them to others.

Very very poor service, and I will never ever use these again we are a family of 4 including a 3 year old and a 6 month old baby, our boiler broke down leaving us with no heat or hot water so our letting agents had this company out to come and take a look, they turned up was here no longer than 5 minutes and fobbed my other half off with "your oil tank is to low" and left.. The oil tank had 200 litres of oil inside it so I know this wasnt the case, after trying to get them to come back out to us to take a proper look at the boiler we was told we needed to get more oil. The next day we where freezing cold and had enough, i rang another local company and they where out to us in 10 minutes, and after 10 minutes of being here our boiler was up and running and we had heat! It was in fact a faulty part on the boiler.. not because our tank was "to low on oil" I do not recommend this company at all
