10/10 for customer service. My order was ever so slightly delayed and I received a phone call notifying me of this. Also, the item I ordered had been discontinued so this was replaced with the next closest match. Again, I received a phone call from the lovely James who explained everything. My item was significantly cheaper compared to Amazon too. Looking forward to buying from my new supplier again!

Superb personal service, all the more valuable in current circumstances when many people try to avoiding visiting shops.. They stock a wide range of products some of which are difficult to find elsewhere. Delivery was also quick. As a new business they strive to please - use them!

I tried to buy an order of chips for my friend to try and give her a taste of home during lockdown to boost her spirits (shes American) - however after I placed my order they unfortunately went out of stock and BBD couldnt source them. The team immediately contacted me to apologise and issue a full refund and despite me completely understanding they insisted on sending a couple of bottles of wine to apologise for any inconvenience - safe to say I wish all customer service was as good as Bulk Buy Direct! Will definitely use again

Great company! A god send in these tricky times. Even out of lockdowns and Covid days we will continue to use them. Easy ordering, good prices and delivered promptly and safely. Very convenient! Highly recommended!
