We have just booked our overseas wedding with Ionian Wedding and so far, the process has been GREAT! Federica, our Wedding Consultant, was really professional, quick to answer any questions or concerns we had and was very knowledgeable about the products and services offered. The most amazing experience from beginning to end. Married at Santorini Gem (most incredible scenic venue very well run). Hair by Savva International through Ionion weddings(Kosta is brilliant). From the minute we sent our enquiry form to Ionion Weddings, through to booking, planning and then the day itself, every single touch-point was organised, friendly, reliable and simply perfect. Ionion employ the best people who really care and get every single detail right for that special day. I cannot rate them highly enough with specific name checks for Pat (booking), Rachel (UK planning) and Sofia (Santorini planner on the day), what a team!

Maria was a great help from the start of the whole process and very prompt and helpful in responding to our questions. We booked the Pestana Viking for our wedding in Portugal and Marta and Mel (wedding planner and hotel manager) were great in the lead up and on the day itself making sure everything was organised. The day itself was fantastic and we had no complaints! The guests say they all had a great time too. Thank you to Ionian weddings!

Pestana Viking wedding 2022 Algarve Pestana Viking wedding 2022 Algarve We cannot thank Ionian Weddings enough! From starting to plan our wedding back in 2018 for 2020 they was professional and nothing was too much trouble. After postponing in 2020 due to covid everything was rearranged to what we wanted! Then with 5 days to go for our 2021 wedding the restrictions for covid changed in Portugal and we had to postpone Again! Everything was moved over and dates changed again! Maria our planner in the UK rang us and kept in contact even outside her working hours. We never had to wait for a reply. The wedding finally took place 20th July 2022 and We was amazed! The setting the scenery was unreal! Having our pre wedding meeting at the venue and quickly having to rearrange table seating plans and add a couple of people on was not an issue. Our wedding planner in Portugal Marta was brilliant! Walked us through the day, took us to the registry office and made sure our day was Perfect! From start to finish nothing was too much trouble. Maria emailed and kept in contact whilst she was on annual leave to congratulate us and gave us updates regarding pictures, we received a preview of 20 pictures from the photographer within 1wk which then we could share at our home party! Honestly these last 3 years would of caused so much stress if we never used Ionian weddings! Everything went so smooth and we had the best day ever! All guests were amazed by the whole day. We finally got our dream wedding in Italy after 2 years of postponements due to covid. Maria our uk planner was amazing, always getting back to me quickly and reassuring us through the whole process. She made recommendations when we needed advise and was always at the end of the phone or email. Antonella in Italy was amazing too. She made everything go so smoothly and always welcomed us with a hug and a kiss when she saw us. We got married at Villa Antiche Mura in Sorrento which is just stunning, it literally takes your breath away. The day was everything and more we could have wished for. I would highly recommend getting in touch with Ionian if you are thinking of getting married abroad. They really will take care of everything and take all the stress away We can't thank you enough Elaine and Vittorio xx
