I had a car booked this morning at 06:15 to take me to Heathrow. I phoned at 06:00 to double check that the driver was on his way (because of the one bad review that said the driver never showed up and they missed their flight). The operator told me to give the driver 10 minutes and he'd be with me. 20 minutes later I phoned again and got put on hold for over 10 minutes while the operator checked where the driver was. I eventually hung up and phoned back only to be told that the driver was allocated to another job taking someone else to Heathrow. There was no apology, and no attempt to get me another car. They said the best they could do was to send the same driver to collect me after he dropped the other client at Heathrow. This would obviously have made me miss my flight. I managed to get an uber, but very nearly missed my flight. Very disappointing.
