Pret A Manger

Worst pret. Pretty sure they make the open hours up to however they're feeling on the day. Multiple times they've been shut at normal operating hours i.e lunchtime on a Wednesday. Today they shut at 14:30, I was in there at 14:15 only to be promptly told upon entry that they're shutting. I said that wouldn't be a problem as I'm getting a takeaway. Then suddenly they didn't have a coffee machine because miraculously, the multiple machines they do have, are all broken.... Despite the customer in front getting her freshly made old Cappuccino will never be back, please close this place and let another overpriced chain take over - I might then actually get a coffee at 14:00 on a weekday

Staff use to be very friendly and coffee making was great. Now staff is rude and half of the time the coffe are missing something. Today got a caramel oat latte. No caramel. On top of the I was basically told off in front of everyone as if my coffee mug was dirty. It was not however I have multiple coffee on my journey as is very long and as this was my second coffee the much ha residue of the coffee I had just finish between the bus and the train station there is not really for me a chance to rinse my cup. Previously and in other pret is never been an issue as it gets rinsed by the kind staff. Worked in hospitality for years and I do understand if there is an issue of cross contamination but there is a way to mention that to the customer and is definitely not the way I been spoken to today.

I left my phone here and the lovely staff kept it safe until I was able to have it collected. They were always lovely and professional on the phone and all round made a stressful situation better, thanks so much!

Very friendly staff, extremely quick too! We take our office dog Dash for his daily walk & always stop here for a coffee. They are so polite and always make us feel welcome. Really great place because of the lovely staff who work here!

The baristas are extremely slow, they left coffees ready on the side and continue to do something else instead of giving it to customer!!! It is at the station so it is obvious most customers need to catch their train!!!
