Axis Europe

Axis Eurooe is where the tradespeople that know reputable company will touch end up. If they do turn up - and that's a big if and they are renowned for not showing - then you can expect their work to be of the lowest quality. From my past experience the plumber for Axis is useless, to the point that he creates an even bigger problem then he remedies. I have zero plumbing skills yet I am more competent. Fast forward to this week and in usual Axis trades style the plumber did not show up. I was not notified by him or the office that he was not going to attend, instead he chose to just not arrive. When you raise the matter with the office staff they are rude and tell you you have to wait another 4 weeks after already waiting 5 weeks. When you ask to speak to a supervisior they insist you cannot speak to anyone in charge and when you ask for their complaints procedure they inform you there isn't a complaints procedure! Who does not have a complaints procedure: only companies who know they will get lots of complaints! The only noteworthy thing about Axis is the electrician they use. I believe he is contracted by them and so is an actual qualified electrician. He is always prompt, does an excellent job and never causes any issues but then this is because he is not an employee of Axis.

Three times they booked an appointment and never turned up so that's Three working days money out of our family's pocket. Fourth time turned up late after time slot. Today I was expecting plumber but was visited by two electricians who didn't know what they need to do in my property. One of them called to someone and spoke in Romanian something and after short conversation they just left straight away. What a joke of a company and customer service you can never reach.
