    Ben is a highly professional, friendly personal trainer. He goes above and beyond to ensure you are comfortable and confident in what you are doing. As a physiotherapist, I cannot fault Ben's keen eye for technique! His attention to the body's form is impeccable! He is very informative about nutrition and helps guide you with providing specific apps to help you along the way. He checked in on a weekly basis to see how you are and for me that was a great attribute as he helped with my mental blocks. I 100% recommend him for weight loss, muscle building or just pure confidence building within a public gym! Extremely sad to not be training with him any more, but highly recommend!

    I cannot recommend Ben highly enough - with his support, I've gone from being too anxious to use anything other than the treadmill to training confidently three times a week in the free weights section. Ben is super friendly, down to earth and motivating: he makes you want to be the best version of yourself. There's nothing Ben isn't willing to support you with; as a beginner, he helped me gain confidence and taught me a ton about nutrition and training. As a woman, I appreciate how he debunks myths about female weight training and gives 100% to helping you achieve your goals, whether fat loss or muscle growth. So if you're looking for someone who is encouraging, supportive and knows their stuff: he's your guy.

    As my first personal trainer experience I have nothing to compare to but from the results I achieved over 3 months I can safely say Ben exceeded my expectations as a PT. He was professional, thorough, motivating and always positive. He immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease and showed me so many different exercise routines, taught me how to eat well and include more protein into my diet, and also made me feel ok when I ate food (in moderation) that is still high in sugar. He created a programme for me that was comfortable and sustainable and really given me motivation to keep this programme up as a lifestyle change not just for a few months. Would recommend him to anyone that hasn't had a PT before! Thanks again Ben :)

    Training with Ben has been enormously beneficial. Ive learnt so much about different programs, techniques and diet and how you need all three to achieve your goal. Ben listened to what I wanted to achieve from training and created a program to support this. Over time we have worked on a variety of programs, and this keeps the exercise new and interesting. The training program is always supported with an outline diet plan and diet advice. Ben strikes a great balance of being friendly without losing sight of what he wants you to achieve in the particular session. There is no slacking and at the end of the session I have a great sense of achievement. He is quick to advise on technique and is a great motivator when it comes to tackling that dreaded leg day and will always push me to complete those final reps. I would highly recommend Ben to anyone who wants to lose weight, tone up, bulk up or even if you just need a kick start! Ben is a clever and talented trainer who really knows how to tailor his knowledge and experience to your best advantage. Hes exceeded my expectation.
