Dan is the best personal trainer that I've ever had. He pushes me to achieve my max and more, as well as motivates me to continue and to work harder. Training with Dan also helped me mentally during my final year, writing my dissertation. I guess he kept me sane, and I ended up with a double distinction, whilst staying lean and getting stronger. I highly recommend him.

I paid for a complete training package up front through Dan (training, nutrition and group support). However, the experience I received was far from the one that was promised. It seemed as if Dan had only just set up his training network. There was a lack of communication between all parties (Dan outsourced the training and nutrition) and this led to a completely disjointed approach. Right from day one, Dan triggered the automated progress emails at the wrong point (apparently I was not supposed to fill out the onboarding questionnaire when I received it, despite it clearly saying complete now). He promised to reset these, but it never happened, so I received out of sync nonsense emails for the duration of the program. The initial nutrition plan was eventually provided after much nagging, but it wasnt suitable for my dietary requirements. I tried to speak about getting it changed, but found responses unforthcoming. The one saving grace of this whole thing was that the personal trainer Dan used (Baz) was absolutely brilliant. I hope he branches out on his own and gets away from Dans business model. I was less than satisfied with all the above and only managed to elicit a response from Dan by threatening legal action, as he hadnt provided the services I paid for. Once we were in touch, he once again talked the talk and made promises, but it was only Baz who delivered once again. Dans program looks good on the surface, and he can certainly market well. But dont let yourselves be deceived by appearances. Youd be far better off sourcing a reliable and independent personal trainer who will work with you on an individual level.

Im following Dans online plan with weekly check-ins and I have already seen amazing results, physically and mentally. Hes not only super motivational but also is a joy to be around. Looking forward to seeing what changes are still to come!

Even though I know what Im doing at the gym, Ive always struggled to maintain motivation and consistency. Dan has kept me accountable and on track and for the first time Im actually seeing real results. Who knows the science behind it but just as important he knows the winning mindset you need to get results.
