Thanks to Helen I have become more informed and engaged in how to eat and move, to benefit my body. Working with Helen on diet and exercise I lost over a stone and 3 inches in just 8 weeks and have since maintained that weight. Due to a physical condition affecting my joints I'm less able than most to undertake normal high impact PT work so Helen researched in full the types of exercise I should do to both strengthen my muscles and joints, and help me lose weight without exacerbating my condition. Helen is the most helpful trainer I've ever had the pleasure to be trained by!
