Jo Malone London Bentalls Kingston upon Thames

I was in Jo Malone in kingston Bentalls on the 26th June at 3.20pm with the intention of purchasing a perfume. I was looking at the products and trying to decide on what scent was my favourite when the extremely rude lady started follow me and stare at me during the whole time I was at the concession. After noticing that I was being watched and followed, I continued to smell different products when it was clear that she was making me feel so uncomfortable and frankly not wanted in the store (for whatever reason) it gave me the impression that she thought i shouldnt be there so I asked her if everything was ok and why is she following me and staring at me? She replied I have to stare at you after that response I was so shocked and upset with the treatment from this girl. Never in my life have I been treated to poorly by someone in any store let alone a high end perfumery such as Joe Malone. I spent the whole weekend following that with feelings of shock and horror! AVOID!
