        Awful experience from such a well known company .Three assistants were commenting on customers as they left ,one of whom was the manager .One assistant never smiled at customers and hardly spoke.I complained to the manager but will be taking it further .I wont be using this branch again or my family , I dont wish to be talked about when leaving !

        Went to get my bifocals on picking them up I got early and got seen straight away by Amir he was very friendly and dealt with me promptly well done.

        An experience worth never to be forgotten.Went in to Kingston boots for a hearing test.Met by a charming smiling young man who introduced himself as Bilal.He,was wearing a mask,too which was very reassuring.Used,my name with respect.Had perfect customer serving manners.Was focused ,disciplined and truly dedicated.His,patient manners were truly so immaculate too. Will,recommend Bilal's customer service to all. I have already booked another date for further checks with Bilal.Did,not have sales but customer's needs first.Excellent,training given by BOOTS

        Most of the staff are very friendly and not pushing. Unfortunately the quality of glasses is very poor and when questioned this. I got told thats how the lenses and glasses are. This was very disappointing.
