Went in here today to purchase prescription glasses and sunglasses. I left in the end because the service was so poor. I asked the lady in the shop for a different colour and she opened a drawer and got the other colour out, she walked away and left the drawer open so I had a look in the drawer at the other frames. She came back over and told me off for looking in the drawer and said I needed to ask, which is fine. So I continued looking for glasses and said excuse me 3 times to ask for assistance, she didnt hear any of them till I almost had to shout because she was smirking into her phone behind the till. I would have spent upwards of 500 in the store today but because of such bad service Ive taken my business elsewhere which is a shame as Ive always bought from DC. David Clulow, you need to hire more friendly and helpful staff and shame on your store assistant for making me feel so uncomfortable!
