Vision Express Opticians - London - Kingston upon Thames

Almost three years ago, Vision Express measured me for reading glasses post replacement of my human lenses for man-made ones. I still read clearly with the glasses provided by you. Two years ago, readings were taken for intra-ocular pressure and the results were 15 and 16. This was re-assuring as we have a family history of generational Glaucoma. My Intra-ocular pressure was tested for both eyes two days ago with a result of 15 in both eyes. I feel very grateful to be treated and well cared for by Vision Express and only today I spoke to a contemporary of mine about the exceptional attention I was given. Thank you for opportunity to express my praise for your organisation.

It sounded that a place which has really great and knowledgeable service when the do the selling. When I received my glasses it turned out that the service is not soo great because it took 4 occasion to go back and make adjustments which turned out can not be fixed. They said I need several weeks to get used to the new glasses which is awkward. No compensation, no changes. I had to go to an other place with the prescription, they made an other glasses which was fine on the first attempt. I regret to spend nearly 400 at VE which ended up in the bin. Just to have an other side of the story, they tried to be nice and be patient with me so I can say the customer communication is great. Problem solving skill lost two stars.
