        I went in for a screen protector. Found one for 10 pound. Seller showed me another one. Said it was better and would last me much longer. Was more expensive so said no. He went on and on about how great it was so I said ok, was told no refund but if any issue to come back. They installed it. Less than a week the screen started coming undone. Went back a week or 2 later. No support was given. Told am lucky it lasted this long and I can buy a new one. My daughter was with me so didn't want to argue. Simply just said if I was told it would last a month I wouldn't have gotten it and won't be returning again. I felt scammed.

        Whilst repairing my phone screen the shop used my Google account to leave a five star favourable review for their shop. I only noticed recently and have since deleted it. I Fix Zone in Adams Walk, the only shop I have ever used as I usually do my own repairs.

        I went here to get a cover for my samsung galaxey s22 plus and Sunny serviced me. His communication skills are on point. He is so polite and he listens to the customer. Amazing man with amazing services. He has so much knowledge of the phones and what is important to keep your phone safe and secure. Thank you sunny for your service highly appreciated
