        Rude staff arguing with my mum about a product saying you don't have the satsuma body lotion and never have it doesn't exist.. yet it's on your website? This is regarding your staff on Thursday afternoon. No offer of a bag, chucked the receipt on the table and absolutely no manners. Really disappointed

        Amazing staff, terrific service and full care about what one needs. Got some lovely tips, so very helpful advice and in testament to the people there, Bodyshop is still as special as it was when I walked in the first time as a teenager (goodness knowa how many years ago) to buy my first lipstick. Thank you for being awesome guys xx

        Very helpful staff who guided me to a perfect present for my mums birthday. Even managed to notify me of some deals to save me some money. Highly recommended and will definelty go again for Christmas shopping!

        Staff very helpful went in for a perfume I saw advertised unfortunately I did not like the aroma. With their advice and sample I purchased a delightful perfume called Vibrant Bergamot. Thank you
