This shop is not called 'Planet of The Vapes', neither is it a 'Hat Shop' and it is an awful shop, plenty of experiences with faulty products, constantly spoken down to and staff are not trained whatsoever. Went into the shop one day months back and the guy behind the counter was fast asleep, tried waking him up plenty of times, even called the phone and he didnt bother, though we were standing directly in front of him. Suprised the whole shop didnt get robbed that day. If i could give this shop a 0.5 star, I would.
