Very nice, but proposed a lower than expected sale price. Which is fair enough if thats the market, but they werent aware of the market. They didnt know about 3 houses which have sold in the last year or so on my street. The sale price data is on the land registry, I can see it, they didnt know anything about it. They must be using an out of date list. Rightmove is very out of date on sold prices, but I would hope theyd be checking on things like that, it would appear not.

Communication is clear and reliable. At the start of my letting all utility company changeovers were taken care of. I have had to ask for help with a couple of issues and it has been forthcoming promptly. My feeling is of a good team spirit.
