        Me and my soon to be housemate went into Heals in Kingston today to check out some furniture and homeware items. We were followed round the shop as they suspected two young women had the intention of stealing. We went downstairs and about 30 seconds later one of the sales advisers followed us down and it was very obvious why he followed us downstairs as he didnt do anything just stood there making sure he had eyes on us. We left very quickly after that as we were made to feel uncomfortable. I understand shoplifting is a prominent issue in todays society but its unacceptable to follow customers round making them feel uncomfortable.

        You can't feel sorry for the death of traditional retail when you receive non-existent customer service at Heals Kingston. Walked past no fewer than 9 members of staff on a quiet Saturday morning and not one person asked my wife or I if I would like help or assistance with anything. They chatted amongst them selves and stood in the corner avoiding people. Management should be ashamed and Heals as a brand should be furious with the waste of costs on keeping that store open.
