Just awful I arrived 20 minutes early the first member of staff I spoke to was just blatantly rude so I went out came back next member of staff was fine,very polite but they didnt have my replacement battery after I took the morning off work. I booked the appointment a week ago they shouldve had the battery in Stock or notify me its wasnt in stock so to not waste my time.Also when I booked the appointment the price was 49 now it 69!!!!!! Total waste of time

Had a fantastic experience. Marley is brilliant as a salesperson. She went straight to understanding my needs and suggestion suitable iPads. She didn't try to upsell me onto a product I didn't need, but suggested a low, medium, and high price option and explained the benefits of each. As an experienced salesperson myself, she is a talented salesperson and I truly hope it goes recognised. I'd been to two other apple retailers that day and she's the one that got the sale where they failed. That should say something. Plus, she's just a charming delight if a person.
