Amro Vantage - Greencoat House

Honestly, this is the worst accommodation. The room was so dusty and stuck to the surfaces. The ventilation was non-existent. Overall, it was dirty and not properly maintained. Lastly, nobody communicates about this that I agreed in the contract. For example, if my deposit was to not be returned to me or a partial amount was taken out, Amro Vantage or Landlord would notify you. I did not get any messages or emails formally explaining any issues to payment nor my accommodation room. They ended up keeping my deposit of 150.00 and Amro Vantage phone number was disconnected, emails were not returned, and after multiple attempts to work with my landlord, she blocked me. I was at a loss and never got my deposit. Please, guys, be careful with Amro Vantage. From my experience, I wish I went with the Quebec Accommodation across the street.. so please steer clear because this is a scam to international students who already struggle living alone and studying. If you desire transparency, communication, and security, go somewhere else.

I am currently studying in my second year at Kingston University and came across Greencoat House last summer. It has been one of the best decisions to move here as this accommodation is right in the centre of Kingston, surrounded by the shops, library and all the Campuses. Also, the room is absolutely amazing, with a wide range of storage space (staying in a twin studio). Lastly, I cannot stress enough how amazing and lovely the manager Channon is, who is always on standby for any issues you have! I would definitely be interested in staying here again! I wish I had found this accommodation for my first year ! Thank you so much for this unforgettable experience :)
