I came here having had a dreadful experience at Specsavers. I was trying to get my father's broken hearing aid fixed. Specsavers had it for a day and despite calling them twice to gee them up their audiologist left for the day without even looking. I got to Amplifon when they opened at 9 in the morning and even though there door was locked the receptionist saw me and let me drop off the aid. 20 minutes later it was fixed.... It was apparently clogged up . They cleaned it and installed new rubbers all this at no charge!

Very pleased with the service and the hearing aid. Its an improvement on the inner ear Phonak model I had from Boots and it doesnt whistle . I was able to trial the aid for 2 weeks without obligation. Salvatore looked after me throughout the process -including hearing test and fitting-and was fantastic. A pleasure to deal with. Good quality hearing aids are not cheap, but they do interest free credit spread over a number of years.
