Ibing, our tour guide was absolutely amazing. I couldnt have asked for a more helpful, caring, happy and friendly person who went out of his way to make sure the tour was the most fun and memorable experience for everyone. Ibing was on call at all times of the day to advise the group on things they wished to know. Ibings moto was we are a family and I certainly felt that way on the tour. I did the 18 Bali and Beyond trip and it was incredible mainly due to the amazing tour guide. Ibing has been the best guide we couldve wished for. He was friendly and confident from the start and really helped the group to warm up in the first few days. He never let anyone feel as though they were left out and he was always accommodating peoples needs. He was very knowledgeable and we could always rely on him to either tell us information or find out for us. He really made everyone feel like a family. He was never not smiling and he would always give everyone a laugh nonstop throughout the trip. The itinerary was also engaging and had a great balance of partying and experiencing the culture.

Myself and my partner went on the 10 day Philippine West tour with TruTravels at the beginning of April and our tour guide was Gema. Gema couldnt have been more accommodating and friendly, making everyone feel involved and part of a family in such a short space of time. Gema was also kind enough to give us her time to help with our onward travel despite how busy she was. We are so grateful to her for the upbeat positive energy she brought to us all- always having a smile on her face and willing to help in anyway she could. We felt that we could go to her for anything that we needed which was so nice as it made the experience much more enjoyable- we felt as though we had no need to worry about things because Gema was our guide and now friend! The tour itself was amazing and something well never forget. So many cool activities included such as island hopping in various place. We got to snorkel with sea turtles in Port Barton, kayak around beautiful lagoons in El Nido and zip line over the sea. The castaway experience included was unreal- getting to spend 2 nights on a beautiful remote island was a dream. With a shipwreck that we got to snorkel out to with the most amazing fishes and corals. It was a trip of a lifetime!

Sea was the most amazing tour guide. She is kind and funny, took care of us and was there for us every second of the day. She took us to amazing places, and even on her free nights, and gave us so many interesting information. She was a really good friend during our tour and is one of the reasons, this two weeks have been the most amazing time of my life. We did a lot of amazing activities, like floating market, jungle trek, swimming with elephants, and so much more. The communication with trutravels was perfect, bevore the tour and during the tour. I would definitely recommend this tour and trutravels to anyone, if solo or with friends.
