For our recent flat sale, thanks to Jane for going beyond the call of duty to help us manage viewings around our young family, and to Richard for his dedication and great communication in completing the sale process. We decided to use Stack and Bonner after a great experience with Andy when we bought the property.

After my reviewed , I found there must be an error from the single stars reviewer , what I think is must be some miss understanding , or the staff is changed , from my deal with my purchase, they are helpful, patient and trying to reach your interest . They are always there for you .Responsible and professional , is a good team work . However is nice to know your feeling why is that,how your customer roght is right cheers

Worst Lettings Agent in Kingston upon Thames! I cannot begin to describe the sheer level of incompetence demonstrated by the Stack and Bonner Kingston Lettings team during our interactions with them recently. Their inability to comprehend the terms of their own tenancy agreement, the lack of awareness of current tenancy laws along with their general lack of empathy and professionalism make them the worst letting agents I have ever had to deal with in the last 10 years! This team's bumbling has cost both the landlord and the tenant time and money and I strongly advice anyone considering them to steer clear. You are better off using a more established brand than this bunch of clear amateurs who don't have the first clue about what they're doing.

Always had a great service when approached Stack and Bonner during my quiries and viewings . So i decided to sell my property with them, well one of the best services i had so far . Achieved asking price on current Brexit regulated market, and provided great support during the whole process till completion.
