I went in there prepared to spend hundreds for a fancy dress party and was met by to staff members that had no enthusiasm and because of this sounded as loud as a mouse. I asked them a few questions trying to push for information. It came across like they didnt really care if I was there. They showed me a few suggestions but really didnt care. Staff need to be trained or paid more or both. If your look for ideas dont go here!
