I was told under false pretences for a refund, to come to Kingston. The staff are liars you should not believe a word they say, it was a wasted journey for me, I was unwell, I came a long way, the journey was tedious for me. The company should be proud of their teachings, they do not take cash, only card which is a lie. Similar branches did this to me PUTNEY, ST CHRISTOPHER'S PLACE, KINGSTON the worst of them all.the staff thought it was funny!

Beautiful store, gorgeous smelling items, very friendly and welcoming staff. Hard to walk out without buying anything haha. The snooty John Lewis Kingston beauty counter staff could learn a thing or two from the lovely ladies serving here!
