A place for exercise or training activities, on a subscription basis. State-of-the-art equipment, qualified staff, and work and recreation spaces for all age groups. Located in the center of the city it is suitable for easy access from any direction. To be healthy, you must be strong!

Im really disappointed with DL Kingon. They now offer multiple virtual cyclone (cycling) classes and only a bare minimum of instructor led ones. Theyve also changed their timetable which has left me only able to do 3/5ths of my normal routine. Ive repeatedly tried to speak to the manager Lee - requested a call via email, in person at the front desk, and even an email to the CEO. They dont care. No call back. I gave my notice which btw is a ridiculous THREE months. They get my money for an another 90 days even though theyre not giving me what I signed up for!! Dont join this place. Nuffield Kingston offers way more variety of classes, has a bigger pool and is also about 10 cheaper per month. Ive been a member of DL for 3.5 years and paid for each year up front, but the place has serious scheduling issues and no longer offer an acceptable range of classes, nor do they think it appropriate to contact members about these issues even when asked to do so. If you want virtual classes save your money and just do them for free online. If you dont want virtual join another gym stand by their offer.
