AVOID them ! We had 4 tests and 2 came inconclusive. Referring to our experience, we concluded that there is 50% chance to get a result from them. We asked for a refund, they refused full refund. We had to go again multiple times to re-sample, caused a lot of inconvenience and unnecessary stress ! We wanted a different type of test to guarantee a valid result and they even charged us for that ! They also blocked us to make further bookings, which is against customer rights.

The environment is very clean. The staffs are amazing there, they are very helpful and professional. They also did the PCR test very efficiently. Definitely recommend it if someone need a PCR test.

Made booking and filled in form online. Turned up and was asked to fill in exactly the same form again with paper and pen. I was then told that their clinics ISO accreditation was still pending and so some airlines flying to Hong Kong would not accept the PCR test. Huge waste of time.

Booked a fit to fly PCR test for same-day result. I didnt have to wait when I arrived, the appointment therefore took only about 5 minutes. I attended the appointment at 9am and then received the result at 2pm the same day. I am happy with the service.
