        Bought a pair of leggings, and discovered a hole in them two weeks later. However when I went to the store to see if I could exchange them for a pair that was not broken they said I've ruined them. I've only been waiting three times and I thought if you pay 80 for a pair of leggings it would be better quality. Unfortunately the service received in store (Kingston branch) left a lot to be desired as well as the quality of the products. Will not be buying anything else in future from sweaty Betty

        Good store, but one of the ladies that works there is very unpleasant. I asked if they will have a boxing day sale and not only did she not answer, but she seemed insulted by my question. My partner bought some stuff for me from this store and he had similar feedback about the same person. For their overpriced clothes, she should be full of energy and smiling and not rude and looking down on clients when they ask about sale!
