I was shown a watch in store and went away to think about it. By the time I came back 30 mins later, I had found out that it had been sold. A member of staff, then offered to look in the main system for me and saw there was one left in the company. He went out his way to make sure he secured the watch for me. It was delivered to the store a day or two later. I was notified of this and was invited to pick the watch up and have it sized and also to show me how it worked. Overall, a great experience within the Kingston store. Many thanks to Dan and Thinesh who made this happen!!

Great experience buying my omega from here !! Thinesh knew what he was talking about as he answered any queries I had with ease professionalism. One of the best buying experiences compared to other jewellers I tried for the same watch!

Popped into Ernest and Jones Kingston Branch and what a brilliant customer experience!! I needed the straps adjusted on 2 of my watches, one of which was not even purchased from them. The work was carried out by Sasha Branch Manager at no cost and within no time. Every member of the team was smiling asking if I needed any help, my matter was dealt with promptly. A very professional service carried out with care. Thank you guys!!

The most horrible experience ever today at this branch. I bought a Longines watch a couple of days ago and leather strap was too short. I had an online chat with one of the advisors who stated I could take the watch to this store along with the Invoice OR order confirmation, which I did. On arrival I was greeted with unpleasant looks of assistants who did not know what they were doing (as one of them said exactly that- I am not sure how to go about this). After some discussion with each other, they requested my warranty card in order to and the watch back to Longines. When I said the card was not with me, the female assistant said I needed to pay 170 otherwise. Utterly shocking. The service was not to the expected standard and the company seems like a SCAM. Buy directly from the brands to avoid disappointment !

I came into the Kingston to get an engagement ring and I was served by Thinesh who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He listened to my needs and found the perfect ring within my budget. I would highly recommend this store to anyone and if you ask for Thinesh you will be in safe hands.
