Quick and easy barclays atm!

I have been Barclays customer for over 15 years.I have been today to deposit money in to my account. I also needed a bit of change worth 15.Went to a counter when lady called Caroline Ransom explained that if you are not buisness account holder, you can't have more than two bags of change. I needed 3 bags.Apparently Barclays policy is that if you are not buisness account holder you can't have change. I'm very disappointed by Barclays services. Walk down to the Lloyd's branch where I haven't any account and ask lovely lady on the counter for a bit of change and guess got the change no question ask.Thanks Caroline Ransom for opening my eyes today.Whats a post banking with Barclays. Switching to Lloyd's today.
