    I am very shocked with the service Ive received. If youre new to the UK I do not recommend O2. Ive moved here from South Africa only 2 weeks ago, and needed a new SIM card. I am on pay as you go as I cant afford a contract yet. I went to top up with 7G for 10 (which I have to go in store to do which is very far from my house) I repeatedly said I dont want 10 loaded on I want the 7G automatically loaded. They reassured me i would receive the 7G. However after returning home it said Id already used 3 just from google maps and that I had 0.00mb. So clearly the 10 was loaded and not the 7G. Which I specifically asked NOT to happen. After repeatedly calling yesterday and being promised someone would be in contact with me, I received nothing and no call back. I cant get around without any data as Im new here and I dont know my way without google maps. I have tried calling 10 times today with NO answer. I moved to the UK coming from a weak currency and very little money, 10 is a lot of money for a mistake made by O2.

    Yes I went in to sort out a 5G sim swap. I was dealt with efficiently and treated with respect and as a customer. I had to come to the Kingston store because the service manager at the Hounslow branch was not professional, willing to help and couldn't careless. He had a can't do, won't do attitude.

    I had excellent help with information regarding blocking my lost phone from O2 employee Ella Taylor after having no help at all from my phone provider Virgin Mobile. She arranged for an email to be sent for my insurers confirming the phone had been blocked. Thanks to her prompt action I now have a replacement phone being delivered. She is a star.

    Lovely assistant and seemed very helpful, polite and knowledgeable, but unfortunately it then went wrong, couldn't get everything transferred across, sold a new phone and tablet (which I wanted) then a phone cover and special charging plug, told everything in my bag, but no charging plug was in there. I kept asking what my monthly total bill would be 36 i was told, but that was only the phone not the Tariff.80 in total. Then I had to leave as shop closing, tried ringing in the morning and phone kept getting put down and cutting me off.Not a great experience and still in limbo. Maybe partly my fault, but I was not shown anything about my new phone, nothing about features and how it worked camera etc. Just told to ring customer service if there was any problems. Not Happy and I worked for O2 for 20 plus years.
