        Really disappointed- arranged a time for an initial telephone appointment- Jayne failed to call me at the agreed time, nor did see contact me. This makes me so cross as when you make contact with a counsellor its because you are vulnerable, and behaviour like this doesnt make one feel any better.

        I have looked around for counsellor for a long time and i came across jane Ritchie and wow she is fantastic definitely would recommend her she caters for all areas in mental health !!
