Worse customer service I have ever received. I went to return trousers that I had only just bought recently as they didnt match the colour of the other moss clothing and they refused to accept it and were incredibly rude and condescending towards me. I used to shop here on a regular basis and after this will never shop here again. I actually promoted the brand on social media to over 100 million people in the space of only a few months and although this has nothing to do with me being refused to get a refund or exchange on my trousers it shows how they treat even there very best customers. I am outraged to say the least.
