        If I could give zero stars, I would. The manager, Will was appallingly rude to my friend and I who attempted to return an online purchase. When I got to the counter Will did not even look up to acknowledge me as a customer. I had to speak to the girl beside him for assistance. He point blank refused me service when I had the order number ready for him. He said he would not assist me without paper receipts. I have received the best assistance from Andrew at the Croydon branch. Will continued to blatantly ignore me in store. I am outraged. The staff do not like him either as they said he is awful and rude to everyone.
