Devaluing property. Theyre putting houses on market at 5% less than they sold for a year ago. You might think thats due to the property market, but I suspect its because theyve gone off sold price databases that havent got the latest data from the land registry as they dont seem aware of the latest sales in my area. E.g. rightmove sold prices are very out of date at the moment.

We were going to rent a 2 bedroom apartment and we filled out the form and it was fine they also told us we could give advance notice for the house we live in now, they knew the situation we were in, after they told us that the landlord was about to choose between us and the other tenants, so they actually lied to us saying we could take the house! I think this is irresponsible and unprofessional instead of helping people especially in this period it is very difficult to rent houses because there are none available!
