Gave them my watch to repair, they said they would call me the next day. Fast forward two weeks i have been calling them to no answer. When they do pick up an instantly agressive man tells me he has been calling for weeks and it will be 150 to collect, when they were meant to call me the next day for a quote to fix the watch! couldnt believe it. terrible service

Just bad AF have no professional skill, maybe for shoes but never for watch, people in the shop probably dont know what timepiece are. 0 star if I can.

I was charged 89.99 to fit a new battery to an Omega watch (premium brand, premium price). After 4 months the watch stopped and I was told the battery was flat. The replacement battery lasted 7 months before the watch stopped. I took it to Omega at Regent Street and I was charged 95 for battery plus replacement gasket. Service was exemplary and it's worth the extra fiver for someone that knows what they are doing.
