        This is by far the best class I've attended - you won't find a better martial arts class and it's VERY good value. Unlike other classes where you pay monthly this is pay as you go. The class follows all the latest rules on Covid and feels very safe. It's great fitness and everyone is very friendly. Some people have been coming for over a decade and new people join all the time. It's a great workout in a great atmosphere and I'd recommend it to anyone looking to improve their fitness and meet nice people.

        Have to agree with the other reviewers here.. Great value, very active class, conveniently located. Just went to this class for the first time and as a beginner I felt genuinely welcomed, nice and supportive bunch of people. Will be going back. Only con is that equipment is a bit smelly, but that's unavoidable if you borrow gear; good to bring your own if possible.
