Unfortunately the ravioli I had tasted really bad, and wasn't heated up properly. Not tasted pasta that bad before, even on an aeroplane. The sauce was very thin and tasted like plastic too. Clearly came out of a packet. My partner had the penne with spinach balls and it tasted much better.

This restaurant was appauling, chef is irresponsible and gave my mum food poisoning from the chicken liver pt and was either out of date or not refrigerated, my mum did not go alone she went with two other freinds and both feel sick and unwell.

Families, avoid, avoid! don't play Russian roulette here, if you get food poisoning like I did @ Carluccio's Bentalis Kingston, you will regret it dearly - chef is irresponsible for letting food go like that or serving it after expiry date (chicken liver pate) - both me and my friend suffered the entire day, feeling absolutely miserable, sick over and over; not my first time here but definitely the last one, always left disappointed with the quality of food and of staff who are there just for the sake of it, having no interest to represent restaurant's values - and yes, even if the management stands for good service, good food, it doesn't mean that they act on it - we can always look good saying it, but reality speaks the truth, you need to take serious action
