Warranty Claim: We used 30 Day Extensions to build our loft extension in 2020 (2 Bedrooms and a Bathroom) and a Side-Return. The build was fantastic and completed on time and on budget. We could not have been happier with the responsiveness of Peter the owner, the office support team and also Taras the Project Manager. I am posting the review not in relation to the original work but in relation to some remedial work and the fact that when we raised an issue after 2 years there was absolutely no quibbling, they came back and agreed something could be better, project managed the fix with the same precision and organisation as the main build, fixed the issue and then made good the surrounding area. They came, the fixed, they left again. I must admit having had some poor experiences with builders in the past we were skeptical of the value of a warranty but true to their word, Peter and 30 Days came when we needed them. For the curious it was water pooling on a patio which only became evident with the heavy rains a few weeks ago. The patio needed slightly more slope to correctly stop water gathering Do your own due diligence but recommended for reliability and follow through...in our case 2 years later. Superb on time & in budget Not enough? Let's add highly professional team of specialist trades brought together and orchestrated by your own dedicated Project Manager. Our Project Manager, Taras, could not have been more helpful throughout offering advice and often suggesting little changes to some of our original plans which have resulted in considerable improvements. Still not enough? Ok let's add total transparency - fabulous admin team led by Sue managing payment schedules and producing a weekly pie chart to show payments made against work completed. 30 Day Extensions have specialist for each trade- We have had Electrician, Plumber, Carpenter, Tiler, Plasterers, Labourers. All incredibly skilled and astonishingly virtually every request to any of these no matter how tricky has been met by "no problem". Make no mistake this is a very resourceful team who all work together as a team. We have been immune from the common problems of coordinating and timing getting all these trades in place at the right time. These guys are at the front door waiting patiently for 8AM before ringing the doorbell to get started and they are pretty much flat out until 5PM. Progress is clear at the end of every day, and they have all been an absolute pleasure to have around. All work completed to a high standard we are absolutely delighted with our back extension and the finish standard. 30 Day extensions completed a back extension for one of our neighbours, they were highly recommended by them, and we saw the quality of their work. It was an easy decision for us- they are not the cheapest but certainly not the most expensive offering great value. You will be pushed to get a better team - if you want a good job done with total peace of mind guaranteed then do not hesitate to contact them!
