        The guy on the front desk is exteeemley rude unless your from an ethnic background the other staff members are not much better. always being told different information. Big security to intimidate incase you become frustrated with the lack of help and care you will recieve at this place. I was told that I was not entitled to help with travel costs for nhs treatment, which i am. Disgusting place, avoid this place.

        Only had to wait 8 minutes, as the advisor was covering for someone who was off sick. The building itself is least from the council, and has very old aluminium windows which are very energy inefficient! Not a lot they can do about that though...
