I was not able to even get a survey or the chance to hire this company as they didn't want to. I've recently gotten underfloor heating and new installed engineered floor. 2 boards lifted due to pressure and were replaced by the same contractors. But the "repair" is bad (one board cut in half and not straight sanded leaving gaps). As I already had enough of them due to other issues, I wanted these 2 boards be replaced again properly by a floor specialist company. This is why I contacted this company, but the lady at the phone said no, that I should continue complaining and fighting for a good installation and that they do not fix or replace new (+badly) repaired floorboards. I just do not have the energy anymore and instead of helping me I've been denied any kind of service. I was wished a good day and hanged up. 2nd star given for picking up the phone quickly.
