        Reporting safeguarding a waste of time. They spend a few visits being conned by manipulative resident parent and get the impression the child is safe. The SW was either gullible or under qualified. Lets hope we are not witnessing yet another tragedy in waiting. Im sure they have plenty of loving parents to target with perfect babies for needy impatient adopters that they would prefer to spend our taxes on
