I am not a client. I made an enquiry with them about an implant. I was quoted 1 price. When it came to booking an appointment the price went up considerably and immediate payment was demanded, upfront, over the phone, before any appointments would be made. I refused!! Notwithstanding, they incessantly text every couple of months attempting to scam me again. I have requested the text messages to cease, but they just keep coming. It is getting to the point where it is Harrassment and I will be forced to take legal action....

Charged extra. Dentist shown different prices and then after agreed to contract the prices changed.

I count myself extremely fortunate to have Nadine as my Dental Practitioner. Having used Nadine for a number of years, I moved out of the area and looked for an alternative, after 18 months and numerous attempts, I have returned to Aura and to Nadines services. I travel 3+ hours each way and consider that to be time well spent, Nadine and her team are superb, my thanks, Kathy

My friends persuaded to go private and get my teeth looked at. I was dentist phobic. Now Im not! Wonderful professional service from all the staff at all levels. They did what I wanted and it was pain free ... now I have a wonderful smile and my teeth are smooth ... greasy result and Id be happy to recommend 100% special mention to the kindness and patience of Marguerite the hygienist ..shes awesome
