IDL completed a range of building work for us, including a loft extension. The entire experience was positive and we are delighted with the end result! They took a collaborative approach to the building project, which provided the flexibility to modify plans and ensure the end result made best use of space. The quality of the work was excellent and they were very responsive to any issues or snags that occurred during the project. The entire team from IDL were always courteous and the site was cleaned up at the end of each day. We would, and already have, recommend their services to others.

I recently met Anna and Max at a site near Hendon. Both arrived at the meeting promptly, despite heavy rain and parking problems, and I was able to carry out my survey quickly and efficiently. Great communication between all parties, and would be a pleasure working with the company again.

Innovative Development recently carried at works at my home in Surbiton. I had purchased a 3 bedroom semi detached property in poor condition and completely renovated it from top to bottom. I am so pleased with the final result, the entire team worked so professionally and efficiently, they even helped design and plan out the layout of the property.
