I always use Mail Boxes Etc. to send documents abroad. I have never had any problems. Today I went there as I do every year and the service I received was above my expectations. Normally in other places I have to 'request' to get the minimum service standard I am paying for. However, the attendant went an extra mile handling and labelling all my documents to reach the destination as safe as possible. I felt very surprised and grateful as more often than not I feel disappointed with customer services. If you have documents to send abroad go to Mail Boxes as you will receive a very personalised and high standard service.

I needed some posters and other corporate materials printed and delivered to a client in a rush due to a change in circumstances. I emailed the team here and got a response, quote and reassurance that all could be done within an hour. Great service and competitive pricing, especially for a same day service. They offer delivery too, and the materials were hand delivered to a client in the local area. A very good experience and no hassle.

Mail box picked up, sorted and wrapped my auction lots, they kept me updated throughout the process to. I cannot fault them in anyway, really friendly, but professional. They even reduced the original quote after they had packed and sent everything, as they were able to pack more efficiently than first expected. Brilliant company.
