probably the worst internet provider out there, apart from mediaforce which they also own... I've had no internet for a week now and they refuse to send out an engineer to see what the issue is, the whole building is without WiFi stopping us from doing our jobs but we are still a low priority, they have no interest in answering phones and any emails you send are met with an automated response even when you answer the questions, they ask you to download apps and check things for them, why would I do that I'm not getting paid by them...Everyone in the building has been trying to get through to them and there are over 200 people, This company does not deserve your business, unfortunately, our company is stuck in a legally binding contract with them...
