Imagine offering toilets that only have cold water. That won't kill gems.

Staff more focussed on chatting to each other than helping customers. Visited a few times one week and each time they took my order for 2 decaf coffees and then told me after paying they didnt have any. When I suggested they had ample decaf in their shop downstairs they said it was a different coffee!
Such a shame as the cakes, sandwiches and other menu items are fab. Sadly the cafe is currently let down by its staff, not what Id expect in M&S.
